Job summary

Merlin Entertainments at Warwick Castle Resort is seeking a Tower Suites Concierge to support our Accommodation Team. You will assist with arrivals and departures, and provide guests with information to ensure a memorable visit.

This seasonal, part-time role requires flexibility to work up to 5 days out of 7, including weekends and bank holidays. A positive, guest-focused attitude and keen eye for detail are essential.

Responsibilities

• Assist guests with arrivals and departures to ensure smooth transitions.

• Handle guest queries, complaints or compliments and relay to supervisors.
