Job summary

GAUCHO in Birmingham is looking for an enthusiastic Barback to join the team over the festive period on a fixed-term contract. You will need energy, teamwork and a friendly approach to guest service.

You will help maintain cleanliness behind the bar, prepare garnishes and mise en place, rotate stock and support bar staff to ensure smooth service and a great guest experience. This temporary role provides hands-on experience in a busy hospitality environment with on-shift staff meals and staff

Responsibilities

• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation behind the bar.
• Preparing garnishes, ice and bar mise en place as required.
• Stock rotation
• To complete the daily/weekly cleaning schedule
• Support bar staff at all times to ensure smooth flow of service and great guest experience
• To ensure the bar is stocked prior to and during shift
