Job summary

GAUCHO in Leeds is seeking an enthusiastic Barback for a fixed-term contract over the festive period. You will need energy and the ability to work well within a team to support bar staff and help deliver great guest experiences.

Responsibilities include keeping the bar clean and organised, preparing garnishes, ice and bar mise en place, rotating stock, and following the daily/weekly cleaning schedule. Benefits include 50% off meals and staff meals on every shift.

Qualifications

• Energetic and enthusiastic barback with ability to work in a team.
• Capable of maintaining cleanliness and organisation behind the bar.
• Willing to support bar staff to ensure guest experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation behind the bar.
• Preparing garnishes, ice and bar mise en place as required.
• Stock rotation.
• To complete the daily/weekly cleaning schedule.
• Support bar staff at all times to ensure smooth flow of service and great guest experience.
• To ensure the bar is stocked prior to and during shift.
