Qualifications

• 1–3 years in SDR/BDR or telesales, B2B SaaS experience preferred.
• Energetic fresh graduates with strong sales drive welcome.
• Fluent in English; a third language is a plus.
• Ability to meet cold outreach targets and maintain momentum.

Responsibilities

• Outbound lead generation through calls, LinkedIn, and tailored emails.
• Qualify prospects, understand pain points, and build a healthy pipeline.
• Schedule discovery calls and demos for Account Managers / BD teams.
• Maintain accurate CRM records to ensure transparent data and reporting.
• Gather market feedback to refine value propositions with Marketing/Product.
• Collaborate with Marketing and Product to improve scripts and target lists.
