We Have a Meeting (WHAM) is hiring for an in-person Sales Development Representative in Manchester. You will initiate conversations with senior decision makers, build targeted outbound campaigns, and learn a proven sales process driven by curiosity, empathy and results.

You should be a confident communicator who enjoys speaking to people, with a mindset to grow a long-term career in sales. Expect training, progression, and a collaborative team culture that rewards initiative.

Qualifications

• 1 year SDR experience preferred.
• Fluent English required.
• Willingness to commute to Manchester.

Responsibilities

• Start conversations with decision makers (MDs to Marketing Directors).
• Build and manage outbound campaigns across industries.
• Master our sales process focused on curiosity, empathy and results.
• Tailor approach to client needs and interests.
• Generate qualified meetings and opportunities for clients.
• Collaborate with a high-performing team and share best practices.
• Contribute ideas to improve processes.
