Job summary

Morepeople is seeking a Territory Sales Manager to own the Scotland region, covering the Central Belt and surrounding areas. You will drive ~£1 million in annual sales across garden centres, farm shops, delis and gifting retailers.

You will spend ~70% of time nurturing existing accounts and ~30% pursuing new business, with regular field visits and product introductions to boost sales. A company car, commission and benefits accompany a 32k–36k base salary.

Qualifications

• Experience in field sales with a proven track record.
• Experience selling into garden centres, farm shops, or gifting sectors.
• Self-motivated and capable of managing a large geographical territory.
• Organised with a strong customer call schedule.
• Willing to travel across Scotland, including the Central Belt.

Responsibilities

• Manage and develop a Scotland territory generating ~£1 million in annual sales.
• Visit customers on a regular cadence (every 2, 4, 6, or 8 weeks).
• Introduce new products, leave samples and identify opportunities to grow sales.
• Maintain autonomy while reporting to the National Field Sales Manager.
