Flourish Education is currently recruiting for a Science Teacher to join a secondary school in Dudley after the October half-term. The school is looking for a passionate teacher who can deliver engaging Science lessons, build positive relationships with students and encourage a genuine interest in the subject.
This opportunity would suit an experienced Science Teacher looking for a new challenge, as well as an Early Career Teacher (ECT) looking to develop their classroom experience. You will be joining a supportive department where teamwork, consistency and high expectations are encouraged, with a strong focus on helping students make academic and personal progress.
The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and delivering well-structured Science lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4, assessing student understanding and adapting teaching to meet the needs of different learners. You will also contribute to a positive classroom environment where students are encouraged to participate and achieve.
The role is available on a full-time or part-time basis, depending on your availability. A full-time position will involve full classroom responsibilities, including planning, teaching, assessment and supporting students throughout the academic year.
This Science Teacher role is based in Dudley and is easily commutable from surrounding areas including Dudley, Tipton, Sedgley, Kingswinford, Halesowen, Oldbury, Sandwell and Birmingham. The school is accessible by both road and public transport, making it a convenient option for teachers travelling from across the West Midlands.
