The successful candidate will have facilities/site management experience, a strong understanding of building maintenance, and the ability to coordinate staff while ensuring statutory compliance and health and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in facilities management or site management is desirable.
• Understanding of building maintenance, statutory compliance, health & safety procedures.
• Hands-on, practical approach with strong problem-solving and organisational skills.
• Ability to coordinate site staff and collaborate with school colleagues.
• Strong communication and time-management abilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations including facilities, maintenance, compliance and safety.
• Manage and lead the site team to ensure the school environment is safe, clean, secure and fully operational.
• Work closely with senior leadership to maintain high standards across the site and support daily activities.
