Qualifications

• Experience in facilities or site management within a school or similar environment.
• Knowledge of building upkeep, statutory compliance, health guidelines, and safety protocols.
• Hands-on, resourceful with strong troubleshooting and project coordination abilities.
• Ability to lead a team and collaborate with school staff and leadership.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
• Must hold a valid Enhanced DBS certificate or be willing to obtain one.
• Authorized to work in the UK.
