Qualifications

• Experience in site management, facilities management, or related practical role
• Understanding of premises maintenance, health and safety, compliance and site security
• Hands-on, can-do attitude with ability to identify problems and find effective solutions
• Strong organisation and time-management skills with ability to prioritise daily tasks
• Confidence coordinating maintenance activities and liaising with contractors
• Professional and approachable manner when working with staff and visitors
• Enhanced DBS certificate or willingness to undergo checks
• Must be authorised to work in the UK

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day site operations and facilities maintenance to ensure safe, presentable school environments
