Job summary

Marchant Recruitment is seeking a committed and proactive School Site Manager for a welcoming secondary school in Lancashire. The role is permanent, full-time with an immediate start, offering a varied hands-on environment where you’ll oversee the daily upkeep of buildings, grounds and facilities.

You’ll coordinate repairs, conduct routine site checks, manage security, health and safety procedures, and liaise with school leadership and contractors to keep operations running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Experience in site management or facilities management is required or desirable.
• Understanding of premises upkeep, health and safety, security and compliance.
• Hands-on, practical approach with the ability to identify issues and act.
• Ability to plan and prioritise tasks and work with staff and contractors.
