At Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Multi-Academy Trust, we’re looking for a passionate and dedicated Site Manager to create an inspiring and secure environment where young minds can flourish. If you’re hands-on, caring, and skilled in problem-solving with a love for teamwork, we want to hear from you! This is a vital role responsible for maintaining the site and ensuring the safety of all service users.
This full-time, permanent position offers variety, responsibility, and the chance to make a tangible impact daily. The role involves a 37-hour workweek split across mornings and evenings, ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic setting.
You will work a split shift 5 days a week, ensuring presence during key early morning and evening hours.
