At Our Lady of Lourdes Catholic Multi-Academy Trust, we’re looking for a passionate and dedicated Site Manager to create an inspiring and secure environment where young minds can flourish. If you’re hands-on, caring, and skilled in problem-solving with a love for teamwork, we want to hear from you! This is a vital role responsible for maintaining the site and ensuring the safety of all service users.

This full-time, permanent position offers variety, responsibility, and the chance to make a tangible impact daily. The role involves a 37-hour workweek split across mornings and evenings, ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic setting.

You will work a split shift 5 days a week, ensuring presence during key early morning and evening hours.

Your mission as Site Manager:

You will be central to maintaining and enhancing our school’s facilities, ensuring they are safe, secure, and operational. Key responsibilities include:

  • Leadership & collaboration: Work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to manage school access and ensure the health and safety of children and staff.
  • Problem-solving & maintenance: Oversee repairs, manage contractors, and ensure compliance with safety standards.
  • Facilities management: Maintain systems like alarms, lighting, and heating, and ensure the site remains welcoming and well-kept.
  • Development & growth: Learn new skills, share knowledge, and strive for excellence in all tasks.
