Job description

We are looking to recruit a Site Manager, to start as soon as possible, based at Two Gates Primary School, Tamworth. Reporting to the Regional Site Manager, you will manage and undertake planned and reactive site duties to support all school maintenance needs and health and safety requirements.

Responsibilities:
  1. Line management of Site Assistants.
  2. Use the electronic estates management system, Every, to manage jobs.
  3. Ensure compliance with Trust policies, processes, and procedures.
  4. Maintain high-quality service delivery, logging and managing jobs using Every system and statutory recording.
  5. Work effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
  6. Operate in a fast-paced, challenging, yet rewarding environment.
Hours:

Full time, 37 hours per week, all year round: Monday to Thursday 10am – 6pm, Friday 10.30am – 6pm.

Start Date:

As soon as possible.

  • Experience ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
  • Ability to follow Trust policies and procedures.
