This full-time, permanent role offers variety, responsibility, and the opportunity to make a tangible impact every day. The position involves a 37-hour workweek, split between mornings and evenings, ideal for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment.

You will work a split shift 5 days per week to ensure on-site presence during key times in the early mornings and evenings.

Your mission as Site Manager:

You will be responsible for maintaining and improving our school’s facilities, ensuring they are safe, secure, and well-maintained. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Leadership & collaboration: Work closely with the Senior Leadership Team to manage school access and ensure the health and safety of children and staff.
  • Problem-solving & maintenance: Oversee repairs, contractor management, and compliance with health and safety standards.
  • Facilities management: Maintain systems like alarms, lighting, and heating, and ensure the site is clean and welcoming.
  • Development & growth: Learn new skills, share your knowledge, and contribute to our pursuit of excellence.
