An established industry player is looking for a dedicated Site Manager to oversee maintenance operations at a school in Coventry. This role involves managing site assistants, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations, and utilizing an electronic management system for effective job tracking. We are seeking to recruit a Site Manager to start as soon as possible, based at West Coventry Academy, Coventry. Reporting to the Regional Site Manager, you will manage and undertake planned and reactive site duties to support all school maintenance needs and health and safety requirements.
The successful applicant will be responsible for the line management of Site Assistants and will use the electronic estates management system, Every, to manage jobs.
37 hours per week, all year-round: Monday to Thursday 7.30am – 3.30pm, and Friday 7.30am – 3.00pm.
