Job description

We are seeking to recruit a Site Manager to start as soon as possible, based at West Coventry Academy, Coventry. Reporting to the Regional Site Manager, you will manage and undertake planned and reactive site duties to support all school maintenance needs and health and safety requirements.

The successful applicant will be responsible for the line management of Site Assistants and will use the electronic estates management system, Every, to manage jobs.

Hours:

37 hours per week, all year-round: Monday to Thursday 7.30am – 3.30pm, and Friday 7.30am – 3.00pm.

Location:

West Coventry Academy, Tile Hill Lane, Coventry, CV4 9PW.

Start Date:

As soon as possible.

  • The ability and experience to ensure Trust policies, processes, and procedures are followed at all times, and that school sites are fully compliant with health and safety requirements.
  • Ensure high-quality service delivery at all times, using the Every system for logging and managing jobs, as well as statutory recording.
  • Work effectively with all internal and external stakeholders.
  • The ability to work in a fast-paced, challenging, yet rewarding role.
