Job summary

Compass Group UK&I is seeking an experienced Catering Manager to oversee Chartwells catering and service operations on a part-time basis (30 hours per week). You will ensure kitchens run smoothly and deliver exceptional food experiences, while managing inventories, budgets, and team performance across multiple units.

The role requires at least two years of catering experience, NVQ1/2 or City & Guilds 706/1 and 2, and a Basic Food Hygiene certificate, with a focus on health & safety compliance
