Compass Group UK&I is seeking an ambitious Chef to join Chartwells on a part-time basis, contracted to 12 hours per week and 32.6 weeks per year. You will prepare and serve high-quality food, support menu changes, and help enhance our catering services while upholding brand standards.

You'll contribute to creating menus, listen to customer feedback, and maintain hygiene across kitchens. If you have City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ, plus a Food Hygiene certificate and team supervisory experience,

Qualifications

• City & Guilds 706/1 & 2 or NVQ equivalent required
• Food Hygiene certificate required
• Experience supervising a team
• Experience in a similar Chef role

Responsabilités

• Preparing delicious, high-quality food that delights clients and customers
• Overseeing and implementing menu changes
• Identifying opportunities to improve food services
• Listening to customer feedback to continuously improve food services
• Supporting creation of new menus and concepts
• Representing Chartwells and maintaining a positive brand image
• Monitoring inventories to keep kitchens well-stocked
• Overseeing kitchen cleaning to maintain hygiene standards
• Complying with Food Handling, Hygiene and Health and Safety regulations
