Responsibilities

• Assist with full range of meals, menu preparation, and portion control.
• Support record keeping and health & safety in the kitchen, including temperature logs.
• Assist in supervising other staff and sharing supervision where required.
• Handle stock-taking, stores/fridges organisation, and deliveries receipt.
• Perform general kitchen duties: washing up, setting up, cleaning, and equipment upkeep.
• Promote the service to parents, principals and customers to increase uptake.
• Secure premises as required and carry out delegated duties.
