You will participate in food preparation, serving meals, maintaining hygienic standards and assisting with promoting meals to pupils and parents. Teamwork, reliability and customer service are essential in this school environment.

Qualifications

• Willingness to undertake job related training.
• Experience of working in a customer service or catering role (Desirable).
• Evidence of good communication and teamwork skills in a school or similar environment.

Responsibilities

• Basic preparation of food and beverages, including vegetables and snacks.
• Simple cooking and reconstitution of prepared food.
• Organising and controlling food service points and serving meals.
• Assisting with promotion of meals to pupils, parents and staff.
• Maintaining hygiene and cleaning in kitchen and dining areas.
