Qualifications

• Previous kitchen or catering experience is desirable
• An Enhanced DBS
• 2 references
• Food Safety Level 2 Certificate
• Food Allergen Certificate
• Or willingness to obtain the required food safety and allergen certificates

Responsibilities

• Supporting the catering team with food preparation
• Helping with the preparation and serving of meals
• Keeping kitchen and dining areas clean and tidy
• Washing up and maintaining excellent hygiene standards
• Following food safety and allergen procedures
• Assisting during busy lunch and service periods
• Working closely with the wider school catering team
