Qualifications

• Food Safety Level 2 Certificate - required, or willingness to obtain.
• Food Allergen Certificate - required, or willingness to obtain.
• Enhanced DBS - required.
• 2 references - required.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with food preparation and serving meals.
• Supporting the catering team during busy service periods.
• Preparing ingredients and keeping work areas clean and organised.
• Washing up and cleaning kitchen equipment.
• Following food safety, hygiene and allergen procedures.
• Assisting with stock rotation and correct food storage.
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards.
• Providing a friendly and professional service to pupils and staff.
• Working effectively as part of a busy kitchen team.
