Qualifications

• Food Safety Level 2 Certificate is required or willing to obtain it.
• Food Allergen Certificate is required or willing to obtain it.
• Enhanced DBS is required.
• Two references are required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with food preparation and service.
• Support catering team during busy meal periods.
• Prepare ingredients and keep work areas organised.
• Wash up and clean kitchen equipment.
• Follow food safety, hygiene and allergen procedures.
• Assist with stock rotation and correct food storage.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness.
• Support the team to provide a friendly service to pupils and staff.
• Work efficiently as part of a busy kitchen team.
