Responsibilities include first- and second-line support, diagnosing hardware, software, network and connectivity issues, installing and maintaining computers, printers, and peripheral equipment, and assisting with Microsoft 365, Windows, and school-specific software.

• Provide first- and second-line technical support to staff and students.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, printers, and peripheral IT equipment.
• Assist users with Microsoft 365, Windows, and specialized school‑based software systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide first- and second-line technical support to staff and students.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, network, and connectivity issues efficiently.
• Install, configure, and maintain computers, laptops, printers, and peripheral IT equipment.

• Assist with the setup and ongoing maintenance of modern classroom tech, including interactive displays and AV equipment.
