Job summary

Marchant Recruitment client is seeking a reliable IT Technician to join a friendly school environment in the United Kingdom. You will play a key role in ensuring day-to-day IT systems, hardware and networks operate smoothly to support staff and students.

You will provide first and second line technical support, troubleshoot hardware, software, network and connectivity issues, and assist with setup and maintenance of classroom technology including interactive displays and AV equipment.

Responsibilities

• Providing first line and second-line technical support to staff and students.
• Troubleshooting hardware, software, network and connectivity issues.
• Installing, configuring and maintaining computers, laptops, printers and other IT equipment.
• Supporting users with Microsoft 365, Windows and other school-based software systems.
• Managing user accounts, passwords and access permissions.
• Assisting with the setup and maintenance of classroom technology, including interactive displays and AV equipment
