Responsibilities

• Provide support for all IT systems enabling effective teaching and learning.
• Provide technical assistance to teachers, support staff and pupils.
• Answer questions or resolve computer problems in person, by phone or remotely.
• Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment and systems across Microsoft, macOS, iOS and Google Workspace platforms.
• Assist in maintaining school IT asset inventory and managing LAN/WAN usage policies.
• Update the school's website as needed and support MIS.
