Focus Resourcing is recruiting an IT Engineer for a well-established school in Reading. The role offers day-to-day IT support across the school, ensuring systems, hardware and networks run smoothly and securely.

You will join a friendly IT team, providing 1st and 2nd line support, installing and maintaining devices, and supporting Microsoft 365 and AD user accounts. Salary ranges from 28,906 to 33,136 per annum.

Qualifications

• Previous experience providing IT support.
• Experience troubleshooting hardware, software and connectivity issues.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd line IT support to staff and students
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software and connectivity issues
• Install, configure and maintain laptops, PCs, mobile devices and other IT equipment
• Support Microsoft 365, Active Directory and user accounts
• Assist with network infrastructure, security, updates and troubleshooting
