Job summary

Emerson Park Academy is seeking an experienced ICT Technician to join the busy ICT team. You will support all users, manage the school network and systems, and carry out troubleshooting. The role requires 1st and 2nd line IT desktop support experience in a school environment.

The post offers 36 hours per week, Monday to Friday, with a focus on teamwork, initiative, and safeguarding. A comprehensive induction and ongoing development are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in 1st and 2nd line IT desktop support in a school/education setting.
• Proven ability to prioritise and work under pressure.
• Ability to work in a team and report to line manager.
• Demonstrates understanding of networks and IT in a school environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1st and 2nd line IT desktop support to school users.
• Manage/maintain the school's network and systems.
• Deliver whole-school technical support and troubleshooting.
• Work with ICT team and report to line manager.
