Job summary

Planet Recruitment is seeking an ICT Consultant - 2nd Line to support a primary school in Burnham. You will liaise between the school and clients, manage IT hardware/software, and help improve ICT provision to support teaching and learning.

The role requires at least 2 years in ICT technician/2nd line within education, a proactive and customer‑focused mindset, and strong problem‑solving abilities. The candidate will work on site, handling incidents, installations, and maintenance across multiple

• Install or repair computers with standardised apps and networking software; diagnose issues.
• Respond to a range of desktop, network, and AV equipment tasks across school sites.
