Job summary

Emerson Park is a successful and oversubscribed 11-16 Secondary school in the London Borough of Havering. The ICT Technician role supports all users, maintains networks and systems, and provides whole school technical support in a busy environment.

The post requires 1st/2nd line IT desktop support experience, ability to prioritise, work as part of a team, and use initiative while safeguarding pupils. DBS check is required.

Qualifications

• Ability to prioritise effectively.
• Proven experience in first and second line IT desktop support.
• Ability to work in a team and report to a line manager.
• Ability to use own initiative.
• Understanding of networks and IT systems in a school environment.
