Job summary

Planet Recruitment is seeking an ICT Consultant - 2nd Line to support a primary school in Barnet, liaising between the school and our client and maintaining IT hardware and software across multiple sites to enable effective teaching with ICT solutions.

You should have at least 2 years' ICT Technician/2nd line experience in education, plus a proactive, customer-focused approach and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2+ years' experience in ICT Technician/2nd line in education sector.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work independently and troubleshoot effectively.

Responsibilities

• Resolve technical issues affecting school functions with robust solutions.
• Maintain and support school IT hardware and software across sites.
