About the role:
Complete classroom services are looking for an HR Officer, who will play a pivotal role in supporting the day-to-day HR operations across the Trust. You’ll work closely with school leaders, staff, and the wider HR team to ensure effective HR service delivery in line with policies, employment law, and best practice.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, is highly organised, and can confidently handle a wide range of HR responsibilities with professionalism and discretion. With your background in schools or education, you’ll understand the importance of compliance, safeguarding, and the unique challenges of supporting staff in an educational setting.
Your role will cover everything from recruitment and onboarding to managing employee relations cases and advising on policies and procedures. You’ll also be instrumental in ensuring HR systems and records are accurate, up to date, and compliant.
