Job summary

Weldon CE Primary is seeking a friendly, professional caretaker to ensure the school is compliant, well maintained, safe and secure. The role is permanent, 5 hours per week over 40 weeks per year, with a starting date as soon as possible.

The position offers a salary of £25,614 per year, within a supportive Christian school community and the Peterborough Diocese Education Trust, with opportunities for CPD and training.

Qualifications

• Enthusiastic, approachable and friendly disposition required.
• Understanding safeguarding is essential, even in roles not directly with children.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and follow the school Code of Conduct.
• Willingness to undertake CPD and safeguarding/child protection training.
• First Aid training is desirable and beneficial.
