Job summary

Churchwood Primary School is seeking a committed caretaker to join the school site team. This part-time role offers 25 hours per week across 42 weeks per year, with flexible hours and an early start from 7:30am on occasion.

You will help keep the premises and grounds safe, warm, clean and well maintained, handle heavy items and deliveries, and support safeguarding of all pupils, staff and visitors on site.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the premises and grounds are safe, warm, clean and properly maintained.
• Movement of heavy goods, duties including heavy items, taking delivery and distributing supplies, moving furniture and equipment.
• Promote and protect safeguarding of all pupils, staff and visitors to site and premises.
