Job summary

St Bernadette's Catholic Primary School is seeking a Facility Supervisor on a permanent basis. The role covers general site maintenance, cleaning, basic repairs and ensuring a safe learning environment. There is a full-time option 9:30-5:30, 52 weeks with 25 days leave, or a 30-hour week 11:30-5:30 with pro rata pay.

The post includes liaising with contractors, monitoring building services, and maintaining records. Prioritising tasks and safeguarding duties are essential for this role.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• General site maintenance and upkeep of indoor and outdoor areas.
• Monitor building services and report faults as required.
• Liaise with contractors and external maintenance staff for events and bookings.
• Lock up and secure the site as required and support room setups for activities.
• Maintain records of maintenance and premises-related activities.
