They are seeking a School Business Manager to join their team on a permanent basis. This role is crucial for managing the financial and administrative operations of the school, contributing to its strategic growth and success.

Responsibilities
  • Oversee the school’s budget and financial planning
  • Manage procurement, contracts, and vendor relationships
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Lead on HR functions, including staff recruitment and training
  • Provide strategic input on resource allocation and asset management
  • Previous experience in a similar financial management role within an educational setting
  • Strong knowledge of budgeting, financial reporting, and accounting principles
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proficiency in financial software and Microsoft Office suite
  • Understanding of HR processes and best practices
  • Recognised accounting or finance qualification
