We are seeking an efficient, organised, and highly motivated School Administrator to join our friendly and supportive secondary school in Merton.

This is a key role within the school office, supporting daily operations and ensuring a professional, welcoming environment for students, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage student records and attendance using SIMS or Bromcom

  • Provide administrative support to senior leaders, teaching staff, and the wider school community

  • Handle parent and visitor enquiries professionally, both in person and via phone/email

  • Maintain accurate records, data entry, and reporting

  • Support admissions, safeguarding documentation, and general office duties

  • Ensure confidentiality and compliance with school policies and data protection regulations

Essential Requirements
  • Proven experience using SIMS or Bromcom (essential)

  • Previous experience in a school or busy administrative environment (preferred)
