We are seeking an efficient, organised, and highly motivated School Administrator to join our friendly and supportive secondary school in Merton.
This is a key role within the school office, supporting daily operations and ensuring a professional, welcoming environment for students, staff, and visitors.
Manage student records and attendance using SIMS or Bromcom
Provide administrative support to senior leaders, teaching staff, and the wider school community
Handle parent and visitor enquiries professionally, both in person and via phone/email
Maintain accurate records, data entry, and reporting
Support admissions, safeguarding documentation, and general office duties
Ensure confidentiality and compliance with school policies and data protection regulations
Proven experience using SIMS or Bromcom (essential)
Previous experience in a school or busy administrative environment (preferred)
Excellent organisational and time-management skills
Strong IT and data-handling abilities
Professional communication and customer service skills
