We are looking for a Scheme Support Officer to join our Kerrigan project, which includes our rough sleepers provision, in Bridgend on a Part-time (32 hrs), permanent basis. No two days are the same, and it is especially rewarding when you see an individual’s development and they move on into their own tenancy. If you are a good listener, empathetic, and want to make a difference in people’s lives, join our team in Bridgend. We will support you on your journey in the Support sector.
Job Specifics:

The Kerrigan Project supports 9 people with complex needs including substance misuse, offending, and mental health issues. We provide housing and support to improve mental and emotional health, reduce re-offending, access sustainable housing, and develop life skills.
Your Nightly Responsibilities Include:
We aim to equip individuals with tools for independent living. This role involves delivering intensive support around recovery, managing complex behaviors, including alcohol misuse, mental health, substance misuse, anti-social behavior, and offending behavior.
