Job summary

Karbon Homes is seeking a proactive candidate to support customers within our schemes, focusing on health and safety activities, building inspections, and repairs reporting. You will liaise with contractors and collaborate with social workers, care managers and voluntary agencies to ensure every scheme is a safe, welcoming place to live.

A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work are essential, with opportunities to develop through our generous benefits package.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to plan and prioritise your own workload.
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work are essential.
• Experience coordinating with social workers, care managers and voluntary agencies is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Support customers and carry out health and safety activities in the designated scheme.
• Complete building inspections and report repairs.
• Liaise with contractors and coordinate with stakeholders to ensure a high-quality service.
