Reporting to the Head of Health & Safety and Building Compliance, you'll play a key role in ensuring homes remain safe, compliant and well maintained.
This is a varied role covering all aspects of building compliance, with a particular focus on fire safety, building safety and water safety, while also supporting compliance across areas such as asbestos.
As a key member of the Building Compliance team, you'll work collaboratively with residents, contractors and colleagues to manage specialist compliance contracts
Support Higher-Risk Buildings (HRBs), review risk assessments, undertake inspections and provide expert technical guidance.
You'll also help shape and continuously improve the Building Safety function, ensuring the highest standards of compliance across the portfolio.
