A leading housing association in Stretford seeks dynamic Scheme Managers to provide high-quality housing management services for older residents. Responsibilities include tenancy management, promoting independent living, and compliance tasks. Ideal candidates will have excellent communication skills and some experience working with older people. This role offers a salary of £25,374 per annum, rising to £26,159 after a year, along with multiple employee benefits.
We have an opportunity for two dynamic and self‑motivated Scheme Managers to join our team of 10. You will be responsible for providing a high‑quality housing management service which will include tenancy management, signposting and advice, raising and following communal repairs through to completion and promoting independent living. This is a rewarding yet challenging role and is ideal for someone who can evidence utilising excellent communication skills to provide an exceptional experience for older people in a housing management setting, including awareness of safeguarding concerns.
Both positions are based in and around South Manchester. One position is based at Tangmere Court, Whalley Range, where you will spend part of your week and you will also be responsible for Adastral House, Chorlton. The second position is based at Wellington House, Stretford, where you will spend part of your week and you will also be responsible for Roselea, Baguley.
