Overview

Job Title: Scheduling Administrator
Location: Portslade

Salary: £13-£14 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
Contract Type: Temporary (Potential Temp to Perm)

About the Role

We’re currently seeking a proactive and organised Scheduling Administrator to join a busy team in Portslade. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administrative and scheduling skills and a keen eye for detail, looking to secure a long-term role with potential for permanent employment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinating and scheduling appointments, meetings, and service visits
  • Managing calendars and updating internal systems
  • Liaising with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth operations
  • Handling incoming calls and emails professionally
  • General administrative support including data entry and document management
Ideal Candidate
  • Previous experience in a scheduling ideally
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Confident using Microsoft Office and scheduling software
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team
  • Available to start immediately
