Job summary

Brook Street in Tunbridge Wells is seeking an Operations Scheduler for a permanent, full-time role (40 hours/week). The position offers hybrid working flexibility from home on some days after training, with a salary of £28,000–£32,000 per annum, and a supportive team environment.

You will create the monthly engineer schedule for the South East, coordinate planned and reactive visits, monitor completions, and support service delivery.

Qualifications

• 2 years' experience in scheduling/coordination or similar role
• Excellent communication skills and telephone manner
• Calm and professional under pressure
• Ability to multitask and adapt quickly to changing priorities
• Proactive, outside-the-box mindset

Responsibilities

• Create monthly engineer schedules for the South East region
• Schedule planned PPM visits and reactive appointments
• Monitor visit completions and flag concerns early
• Schedule larger ad-hoc works and update management
• Provide high-quality customer service by phone and email
• Support continuous improvement by feeding back site concerns and action plans
• Send quotations for chargeable visits and treatments
• Handle complaints promptly and resolve where possible
