Job Type: Full-time, Permanent

We are recruiting on behalf of our client for a Scheduler to join their busy Service Team. In this role, you will schedule engineers' diaries, handle planned and emergency appointments and provide excellent service in line with company standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Schedule Field Engineers for maintenance and emergency appointments.
  • Communicate with clients to confirm appointments and resolve scheduling queries.
  • Ensure work is completed promptly and meets service level agreements (SLAs).
  • Update customer portals with job details and progress updates.
  • Follow up and manage records in the CRM system.
Required Skills and Experience
  • Proven experience in scheduling.
  • Familiarity with working to SLAs.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
