Job summary

Sanderson King is seeking an Operations Business Process Manager to lead end-to-end process improvement across a fast-growing, multi-site healthcare business. You will own operational standards, SOPs and scalable frameworks while collaborating with Operations, Finance, Marketing, Property, Technology and People teams.

• Significant business process improvement experience in a multi-site organisation.
• Experience in startup, scale-up or fast-growing business.
• Track record of building processes from the ground up.
• Strong process mapping, redesign and implementation experience.
• Operational transformation with measurable results.
• Strong commercial and analytical capability.
• Experience leading complex cross-functional projects.
• Experience introducing automation, digital tools and AI.
• Confidence working with operational data and KPIs.
• Strong stakeholder management and ability to challenge senior leaders.
