Job summary

Precision Medicine Group in London seeks a Senior Operations Specialist to plan and manage initiatives that improve quality, efficiency and delivery of studies. The role develops and implements processes, change management plans and operational standards while collaborating across diverse stakeholders.

They will support a wide range of activities within the Business & Operational Excellence group, including process improvement, training content support and deployment of change initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5–7 years in change management, operations support and process improvement.
• Experience in CRO/pharmaceutical/biotechnology drug development.
• Strong understanding of drug development and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Support continuous improvement across operational activities.
• Evaluate business processes for improvement or automation under supervision.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify core process challenges.
• Develop recommendations for process improvements with SME input.
• Prioritize improvement opportunities with cross-functional leadership.
• Design and implement new business processes with organizational priorities in mind.
• Lead change management initiatives and drive adoption of changes.
• Communicate progress, issues and blockers to stakeholders.
• Identify operational risks and implement mitigation plans.
• Document and standardize business processes.
• Establish KPIs and dashboards to monitor performance.
• Provide training and guidance on new processes.
• Support standardized best practices and processes across the organization.
• Monitor effectiveness and adoption of new initiatives.
• Prepare tools and templates to support execution.
• Schedule meetings, take notes, and track actions.
• Travel as needed.
