Job summary

Precision Medicine Group in the United Kingdom is seeking a Senior Operations Specialist to plan and manage initiatives that improve the quality, efficiency and delivery of studies to Sponsors. You will develop processes and change management plans to achieve operational excellence across the business.

The role spans process improvement, training content support, and deployment of change initiatives with governance, metrics, dashboards, and a strong focus on adoption and sustainability.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years in change management, operations support and process improvement.
• Experience in CRO/pharmaceutical/biotechnology drug development or demonstrated competency in the key areas of the role.
• Strong drug development experience with understanding of other functions relevant to the position.

Responsibilities

• Support continuous improvement in operational excellence across all activities.
• Lead evaluation of business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement or automation.
• Partner with cross-functional leadership to prioritise improvement opportunities and support strategic initiatives.
• Lead change management initiatives and support business through a communication framework and adoption strategies.
• Develop and maintain tools, templates and dashboards to monitor operations performance.
• Identify operational risks and lead mitigation planning.
• Prepare and maintain documentation of business processes.
