Job summary

Precision Medicine Group in London is seeking a Senior Operations Specialist to plan and manage initiatives that improve study delivery quality and efficiency. You will implement processes, change plans, and standards across a diverse stakeholder group to achieve operational excellence.

You will support the Business & Operational Excellence group across functional areas such as process improvement, training content, and change management initiatives, executing priorities with minimal oversight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 5-7 years in change management, operations support, and process improvement.
• Experience in CRO/pharmaceutical/biotechnology drug development or related field.
• Strong drug development knowledge and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Support continuous improvement and operational excellence across activities.
• Lead evaluation of business processes to identify improvement opportunities.
• Partner with stakeholders to prioritize improvements and support strategic initiatives.
• Lead change management initiatives and ensure adoption of new processes.
• Develop and maintain documentation, tools, and templates to support execution.
• Monitor adoption of changes and measure impact on performance.
• Schedule meetings, take notes, track actions, and travel as needed.
