Job summary

Lord Search & Selection is seeking a Head of Operations for a newly created role in a growing UK business. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will own end-to-end operational performance across manufacturing, distribution and supporting functions, driving efficiency, accountability and continuous improvement.

You will lead a pragmatic, hands-on leadership team, develop robust processes, embed ERP-driven controls, and shape the operational strategy to support ambitious growth.

Qualifications

• Experience leading in manufacturing, distribution or similarly complex environments.
• Strong track record of improving processes and developing teams.
• Ability to introduce structure and accountability across functions.
