Job summary

Bloom is expanding its operational backbone to support scalable coaching delivery. The Operational Lead — Systems & Delivery will redesign delivery workflows, build internal tooling, and automate processes that reduce manual work while increasing reliability across coaching formats.

You will partner with Product, CS, and leadership to translate strategy into functioning systems, enabling growth and consistent service at global scale.

Qualifications

• Background in operations, product, growth at scale.
• Proven track record redesigning workflows.
• Experience building internal tooling and automation.
• Collaborates across Product, CS, and Ops.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery infrastructure for Bloom’s coaching programmes across formats.
• Audit workflows to identify manual effort and fragility.
• Design and implement automation and AI-assisted processes.
• Build tooling and system logic for reliable delivery.
• Balance shipping now with scalable builds.
• Lead capacity model and coach network systems.
• Maintain network health visibility by region and format.
• Partner with Coach Growth Partners on performance and quality.
• Define operational quality and build measurement systems.
• Lead and develop a small, high-impact team.
