Job summary

Stream is hiring a Senior Delivery Manager to own end-to-end delivery for our largest and most complex client launches. You will manage multiple concurrent projects, act as the senior escalation point, and build strong relationships with client sponsors and internal teams.

You will coach Delivery Managers and shape a scalable delivery function aligned with Stream's mission. You will also evolve the Delivery Playbook, reduce recurring friction, track adoption and revenue, and feed insights back

Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering complex, multi-stakeholder projects.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end delivery for largest client launches.
• Manage concurrent projects and stakeholders.
• Coach and mentor junior delivery staff.
• Evolve the Delivery Playbook and processes.
• Track adoption and revenue performance across portfolio.
• Provide delivery insights to product roadmap.
